Our Raleigh Association Governance Services

“Effective governance … is efficient, is simple, is focused, is integrated and synergistic, has good outcomes, preserves community assets, and leads to enjoyment and personal reward for the individual board members.” – Don Arnwine

Towne Properties offers our communities association governance in Raleigh and the surrounding areas as a way to provide guidance for your homeowners’ associations. In our more than 20 years of experience, we have learned that clear communication between the board and homeowners leads to an effective association, as well as openness concerning homeowners’ concerns and ideas.

In addition, we encourage our associations to create clear delineation of responsibilities in order to optimize the use of the board, committees, and volunteers. Towne Properties views our role as the managing agent for your community, who is responsible for carrying out the board’s instructions and daily operations, from inspections, financial management and supporting homeowners, to resolving an architectural or compliance issue.

Trust Our After-Hours Emergency Services

The team from Towne Properties provides after-hour emergency services to our Triangle-area communities. In the case of emergency, contact (919) 878-8787 and press 3 when prompted. Please provide your name, name of your association, street address, telephone number and nature of your emergency. The after-hours emergency on-call manager will respond to maintenance emergencies.

Emergencies are defined as things that damage or threaten the community, such as smoke, fire, and water main breaks. If your situation is an inconvenience and not an emergency, it will be best handled by the association’s administrators during regular business hours. These situations often include:

  • Architectural and/or pool requests
  • Questions about account balances
  • Illegally parked cars
  • Rules violations

For noise complaints or animal-related problems, please speak to your local city or town contact, such as the police department or animal control.

Would your association like assistance from our professional community managers in Raleigh or the greater Triangle area? Simply contact us at one of our offices, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
