Towne Properties Raleigh offers our communities association governance as a way to provide guidance for your homeowners’ associations. In our more than 30 years of experience, we have learned that clear communication between the board and homeowners leads to an effective association, as well as, openness concerning homeowners’ concerns and ideas.

In addition, we encourage our associations to create clear delineation of responsibilities in order to optimize the use of the board, committees, and volunteers.
